About the Programme

Pathways programme for spiritual growth Northern Ireland

Pathways is a one-year Adult Faith Development programme delivered on one Saturday each month from October to June. Whether joining us onsite at Drumalis or remotely by Zoom, participants are guided through accessible and enriching sessions that deepen understanding of faith, Church teaching and Christian life in today’s world.

The programme is open to adults of all ages who wish to explore faith more deeply - from those involved in parish ministry to individuals seeking personal growth, reflection and learning.

Explore the full Pathways 2025–26 schedule, where each month brings a new opportunity to deepen your understanding of faith, Church teaching, and ministry in everyday life. Sessions are held one Saturday per month from October to June, either in-person at Drumalis Retreat and Conference Centre or via Zoom video-conferencing, giving you the flexibility to participate in a way that suits you. Each session is carefully designed to combine learning, reflection, and discussion, helping participants grow spiritually and connect with others on the same journey.
